Green Cards Through Investment (also known as the Fifth Preference Green Card, EB-5)

Anyone who invests in the United States to start a business, or expand an existing one, can get these benefits.

Investors must actively participate in the management of the company.

An investor group may work together to create or expand a U.S. company. This allows each applicant to be eligible for an Investor Green card through one company. Each applicant’s individual investment must still be at least the minimum amount required. Additionally, each investor must be responsible for creating new jobs.

Annual Quota for Green Card Investment

10,000 green cards are available each year to qualified investors. The annual quota is only applicable to the primary applicant. It does not include any of the relatives. Each year, Green Cards via Investment are available to more than 10,000 people.
