- The E-3 Visa is a temporary work visa in a new work visa category known as the E-3 Treaty Professional Visa, available only to Australian citizens and is usually issued for 2 years at a time.
- The E-3 Work Visa primary applicant must be going to the U.S. to work in a specialty occupation.
- Children and spouses of the main E-3 Visa applicant don’t need to be Australian citizens.
- E-3 Visa holders’ spouses are entitled to E-3D (dependent) Visas and work authorization.
