Form I-924A, Supplement to Form I-924
The purpose of Form I-924A is for the applicant to demonstrate a Regional Center's continued eligibili
ty for designation of Regional Center. Pursuant to Form I-924A, Supplement to Form I-924, each Regional Center must file a new Form I-924A for each fiscal year. Failure to file Form I-924A in a timely manner will result in the issuance of an intent to terminate the participation of the Regional Center in the Pilot Program. The intent to terminate notice may result in termination of participation in the Pilot Program if Form I-924A is not filed within the stated period.
Form I-924A may be filed by an individual who has the executive or managerial authority to act on behalf of the Regional Center, specifically for purposes of the Regional Center's ongoing designation.
Form I-924A requires a detailed statement which describes the last fiscal year. Specific information required by Form I-924A includes:
1. Aggregate amount of alien capital invested for all of the enterprises in the Regional Center;
2. Aggregate number of new direct or indirect jobs created by EB-5 investors for all enterprises in the Regional Center;
3. The aggregate number of jobs maintained by EB-5 capital investments into a troubled business;
4. The industries that have been the main focus of the EB-5 capital investments throughout the Regional Center;
5. The names and addresses and title of each job created;
6. The total number of approved, denied, or revoked Form I-526 petitions field by EB-5 investors throughout the Regional Center;
7. The total number of approved, denied, or revoked Form I-829 petitions field by EB-5 investors throughout the Regional Center.
