Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service
Form I-907 is used by certain applicants whose petitions or applications are designated as eligible for premium processing. Form I-907 may be filed with the eligible with petition or after the eligible petition as long as the petition is still pending.
Form I-907 may only be filed by the petitioner or applicant who filed the corresponding petition or application. Additionally, the attorney or designated representative of the petitioner may also request premium processing with Form I-907.
Form I-907 Premium Processing guarantees a fifteen calendar day processing of certain employment based petitions or applications. An original signature of the petitioner is required for Form I-907. If Form G-28 is attached to the Form I-907 request, the attorney or accredited representative listed on Form-G28 must sign and date the form.
Information about the related petition or application for which premium processing is being requested is required for Form I-907. The information must match the related petition in order for Form i-907 to be accepted by USCIS. In certain cases, Form I-907 may be filed electronically.
